Sat mornings are for sleeping in, and making a breakfast casserole! So easy to make and we even had fresh organic eggs and local sausage. -2 lb. breakfast sausage -1 bag of frozen hashbrows -8 eggs -2 cups of shredded cheese -2 cups of milk -salt & pepper as desired. Brown the sausage and the hash browns. Then mix together in a separate bowl the eggs and milk, salt & pepper. Grease a 9 X 13 dish and add the hash browns to the bottom. Add the egg mixture and then top with sausage and cheese! Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins and enjoy :-)
